We have four large student houses to rent, all of which are close to the University and available to rent for the full academic year. These are normally let to full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students, although part time and non students would be considered. Each house has been renovated to a high standard ensuring that your time in one of our houses is as enjoyable as possible.
We pride ourselves on being a more flexible student accommodation option, and direct communication with Martin, an experienced landlord, means you do not need to worry about elusive management agents. All properties meet or exceed current regulations and the landlord is a registered member of the National Landlords Association.
You have the option to secure this student accommodation either as a group, or on a room only agreement.
All properties are well insulated with modern boilers and a range of quality fixtures and fittings. Deposits are refundable at the end of the term, subject to the usual terms and conditions, and are registered at Mydeposits.
